Neil Hoban

Technical Sales Director

After commencing a career spanning 18 years working for some of the world’s most prominent automotive coatings manufacturers, Neil embarked on a journey with Freilacke as MD & shareholder of the newly formed UK & Irish daughter company whilst continuing to run house of Hoban Ltd as a system design, maintenance & consultancy service business.

After meeting ray McClellan and coming together to install the Rader international system in Manchester, RI wheel systems was formed and has quickly grown to global market leader status with respect to turnkey alloy wheel remanufacturing systems and supporting ancillary equipment with 135+ installations in 14 countries and 3 continents…

Ray’s early career working for others helped to lay the foundations for rapid movement into general breakdown diagnostics & repair, electromechanical engineering & plant system design through to project managed installation

Molly Ashcroft

Administration Manager

After graduation in 2015, Molly started her career as receptionist and administration assistant at Rader International Ltd, (the first alloy wheel remanufacturer to use one of our conveyor systems).  The five years working at the coalface of a large alloy wheel remanufacturer  has served as a perfect foundation since joining our team at RI Wheel Systems as she continues to successfully manage all aspects of day-to-day operations

Danney Calley

Training & Service Technician

After a chance conversation with one of our director’s, Danney came on board to assist and support as a casual labourer.  Having demonstrated a particular interest and aptitude for our CNC’s, Danney now has responsibility for pre-preparation, QC, QA, software updates and issue management as well as on-site customer training and demonstrations wherever our equipment is installed
